Scope Of Work
CSC was the Prime Contractor for this project located at Parker River National Wildlife Refuge Newburyport, Massachusetts. The project consists of the resurfacing of approximately 2.8 miles of road and parking areas within the Refuge. The administration of the contract was under the Federal Highway Administration — Eastern Federal Lands Highway Division, and the Owner was the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. Central Southern Construction (CSC) excelled on this project; using an innovative method that allowed us to place the aggregate without disturbing the environment. CSC received an Outstanding CPARS performance evaluation for this project.
