Scope Of Work
Appy one coat PVA on walls and apply 2 coats of low sheen KM professional paint. Apply one color on 3 main walls and one additional color on accent wall. Apply 2 coats of KM 550 flat black to ceiling tiles. Prime, patch, caulk and paint 2 coats of KM dura-poxy semi gloss on baseboards.
