Scope Of Work
Repaint interior / exterior and repair existing cosmetic issues inside and out. Applied 2 coats of KM 1240 on exterior body, 2 coats of KM 1245 on exterior trim. The front porch was painted 2 coats of KM Durapoxy floor and porch. Interior was repainted with KM 550 flat, trim and woodwork was 2 coated with KM Durapoxy. The project was 2 months to complete.
