Scope Of Work
Austin Commercial served as Construction Manager/General Contractor for the and addition to the Rickels Student Recreation Center. The project included 100,000 square feet of and 100,000 square feet of new construction. This building provides both academic and recreation s for the university. The Recreation Center has a NCAA competition volleyball gym, three other recreational court gyms, an indoor weight and fitness center and an indoor jogging trail. The building also has a climbing wall, raquetball/squash courts, natatorium and outdoor recreation pool. The west wing of the building contains classrooms.
