Scope Of Work
Working on a fast track schedule to open on-time for the new Indianapolis International Airport grand opening, Davis & Associates managed eight (8) separate retail fit-outs and office/storage area, totaling over 7,200 combined square feet.
The new 1.2 million square foot Indianapolis International Airport terminal features a Civic Plaza inspired from the city’s central public space, Monument Circle. Though the plaza serves the necessary functions of both security and concessions, the space is designed to incorporate artwork, provide public event space and enable visitors to sample the character of Indianapolis. As the first post-9/11 terminal in the U.S., the building incorporates sustainable technologies and practices.
