Scope Of Work
Davis & Associates served as both the Construction Manager and General Contractor to deliver this new 19,600 square foot, two-story steel framed masonry building, which included four (4) classroom spaces, college prep/computer lab, administrative and support areas.
The Center for Leadership Development (CLD) was conceptualized and established in 1974 with the mission of empowering African-American youth by enlightening them to see the value and potential locked within them. CLD was charged with the mission to work with these highly potential youth through challenging, training, teaching, and inspiring them to pursue the highest levels of achievement in academics, college, career and life.
