Scope Of Work

Our client, St. Joseph Hospital, wanted to update and upgrade the look of their donor plaques in the hospital’s Emergency Department. Working with company President, Charlene Hesketh, design concepts were presented and approved.

Fabrication of these signs required a piece of ½″ thick acrylic with beveled and polished edges with a blue marble image applied to the background. On 1/8″ acrylic our direct-to-board printer with white ink was used to add the donor information to each sign. Holes were drilled in each piece to allow standoffs to be used to secure the donor plaque on the wall. All of these pieces were cut and drilled on our AXYZ router. To minimize disruption during installation, our crew arrived at 5:00 a.m. and completed the project before 10:00 a.m.
