Scope Of Work
Engineering Design Solutions, PLC (EDS) provided structural engineering design for a two storey, 10,000 sft steel frame building adjacent to an existing building. In addition, EDS provided new building foundations and pits designs for 100,000 sft Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) manufacturing building with multiple cranes bays. Structural feedback was provided to PEMB manufacturer to fine-tune crane travels. Foundations were designed for wind uplift, heavy top surcharge loading for the metal polishing parts manufacturer. Cold weather construction was properly specified to help client finish the project on time and on budget.
