Scope Of Work
We took this tired old design and completely reimaged the layout and function of the space. To capture the Austin skyline & views of the University of Texas Campus. Paying respects to the Cambridge Tower, which is Austin's first residential highrise and represents the very best of mid-century modern design. Our design sought to capture a new interpretation of what modern living looks like today in the building from 1965.
Green Renovation, Hi-Rise Remodeling, Highrise Remodeling, Stain cabinets, Stained concrete floors, Walk-in shower with tub, Glass walls.
