Scope Of Work

With this new facility, CWI will consolidate all of its health sciences programs into one location. Along with General Education space, the new facility will house Nursing, Surgical Tech, Dental Assisting, EMS/Paramedics, Workforce Development, Physical Therapy Assistant, and Exercise Science programs. The four-story building boasts energy efficient mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems as well as an integrated control system which will operate the shading devices based on the requirements of the building. It was a priority of CWI and the design team to create the facility as an education tool. Cutting edge technology will be used to communicate the building’s performance to its occupants.
