Scope Of Work
Santa Lucia Preserve (Rancho San Carlos) is a 31-square-mile expanse of hills, woodlands, and meadows near Carmel. Work was performed within environmentally sensitive areas, such as oak-studded forests, mountain creeks, and stream crossings, where Granite crews built water reservoirs, storage ponds, and nine bridges to connect the 60-mile road network. The project consisted of mass grading/fine grading, utility installation, road systems, home sites, arch culverts, water systems, and storm/drainage systems.
