Scope Of Work
This joint-venture contract included the demolition and the reconstruction of a portion of the existing Market Street transit system in West Philadelphia, a 90-year-old elevated guideway. The project involved multiple station rehabs, track work, structural steel work, utility relocation, and communication and signal systems. The work was conducted around an active rail and within a restricted urban worksite.
