Scope Of Work
The Lubbock County projects included the construction of 6 miles of new, limited-access highway from four to 10 lanes in width. There were four separate, concurrent contracts making up the total project, which was the last segment of construction on I-27 between Lubbock and Amarillo, Texas. Phase III was completed 10 months ahead of schedule and received the National Quality Initiative Achievement Award.
