Scope Of Work
This was a five-phase, 13-mile highway project in Texas designed to reduce congestion throughout the city and provide added capacity to meet future transportation needs. Granite performed work as the general contractor for four of the five phases. This is the largest project in the history of the Lubbock district. In 2008 phase 3A of the project ranked tenth in annual “Top 10 Roads” by Roads & Bridges magazine.
