Scope Of Work
The Stonebrae master plan golf community is located on 365 acres of terraced land. Granite performed all site preparation for the developer to construct 550 high-end homes, a clubhouse, a golf course, a driving range, parks, and an elementary school. All mass grading was completed in less than nine months. Within the same time frame, Granite blasted more than 2 million cubic yards of subsurface rock to less than 6 inches in diameter.
