Scope Of Work
To sum up the general work done at the job we removed 1000 sq ft of vertical steel panel on upper new addition in order to gain access to flashing areas.Then removed two layers of existing metal roofing down to purlins. We then installed 7000 sq ft of 1-1/2 inch, 22 gauge galvanized B roof decking. Once that was completed we installed new mechanically fastened 3.5 inch Genflex ISO insulation board with 6 inch Genflex Genfast insulation screws and plates. Once we had the deck and the iso installed we? installed a new fully adhered .060 Genflex EPDM using Genflex all purpose bonding adhesive.
