Scope Of Work
This was a pretty fun project for Grail Construction. Grail was a construction manager on this project that would be constructed in two phases, as well as provided Cost Plus services for changes outside their WaterPark contractor services. Grail was responsible for holding tanks, fencing, changing rooms, turf, metal shades, and a pump house that required its own HVAC system. During the construction of the waterpark, we were asked to provide inside remodeling to the service area and add an office. As of Semptember 1,, 2018, Phase two is under advisement for construction drawings.
