4,500 Sf Tenant Finish out of Shell space located in Spring, TX. This location is the clients new flagship store and wanted the store to have a down home "Magnolia" type feel. Space consist of Lobby area, sales floor, 8 fitting rooms, offices and restrooms. Space is finished with sealed concrete and high end wood trim details through out for high end country living feel.
