Scope Of Work
Southfield Village is an eleven (11) acre development. The two (2) retail buildings total 32,000 square feet for which we provided white boxes and the build out of AutoZone, Sherwin Williams, Donut Bar and Jimmy John’s. The three (3) three-story apartment buildings consist of 118 units totaling 132,000 square feet. Separate garages make up 15,445 square feet along with a 3,116 square foot clubhouse with an outdoor pool. Also included in this development is a 5,000 square foot Applebee’s restaurant. Construction began May 2014 with the demolition of the Bethesda Church and new site work infrastructure. The Applebee’s restaurant was the first structure to be completed November 2014 followed by the retail centers in January 2015. The apartments, garages and club house are scheduled to turn over May 2016.
