Scope Of Work
This was a special renovation of a 111 year old historic building that was 4,800 SF with a outdoor seating area, and a second floor mezzanine. On this project, we faced many challenges as bringing in a new fire line for a fire sprinkler system, installing the grease interceptor in the basement, venting the smoker and fryer though the 27' ceiling, revitalizing a original tin ceiling, and reusing some original doors.
