Scope Of Work
All new water distribution piping shall be in type “L” copper.
All water piping shall be insulated with 1” think Armaflex as per plans.
All new soil, waste and vent piping shall be Cast Iron.
Connect new sanitary line to existing line below floor as per P1.
Connect new vent line to existing vent line in bathroom as per P1.
Connect new domestic water line to existing water line above ceiling as per P2.
Furnish and install fixtures and material as per plans P0-P5.
Furnish and install new grease interceptor as per plans P3.
Install and connect new gas lines from all equipment to new (owner supplied) meter.
Gas piping shall be in Schedule 40 steel per code/plans.
Connect new condensate line to existing line overhead as per P1.
Provide dual check valve backflow preventer at connection of ice machine as per P2.
