Scope Of Work
The University of Pikeville Health Professions Building is a 7 floor concrete and structural steel building constructed on a 45 degree slope in downtown Pikeville, KY. It houses Kentucky’s only School of Optometry and was constructed to connect to the University’s School of Nursing. The interior is comprised of clinical education laboratories, science laboratories, primary care operatories, state of the art classrooms, offices, a food court which includes a Chick-fil-A, Einstein Bros Bagels, and a Provisions on Demand Market. A 7th floor pavilion provides space for campus events, conferences, weddings, or proms.
