Scope Of Work
206-unit multifamily rehabilitated development consisting of 11 two-story buildings. Originally constructed in 1976, Centre Meadows had deteriorated to the point of potentially losing federal subsidy. The development received a complete makeover, with exterior updates and improvements. Additionally the apartments received interior upgrades, including the HVAC system, new flooring, central air conditioning, window blinds, new kitchen cabinets and equipment, as well as washer/dryer hookups. The facilities also include a day care, community room, playground, laundry and new security cameras.
