Scope Of Work

Project guidelines incorporated the expansion of an existing building and associated site work. An underground storm water management system was used due to site constraints. The new addition included pouring a enforced slab and concrete block construction. The existing structure was gutted to accommodate the new floor plan, and a perimeter slab was poured to accommodated outdoor seating. The finishes included reclaimed wood, reclaimed metal container accents, and replaced of the original pine planked ceiling. Exposed double walled spiral duct work was throughout
