Scope Of Work
1st Generation space on the 3rd floor of an occupied 4 floor office building. Space was delivered as a Cold Dark Shell and required full mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Space was designed with an executive wing with offices and conference room, an open common area with break room amenities, perimeter offices accentuated with sliding glass barn doors, and an open cubical area.
