Scope Of Work

Project involved a free standing 5,796 square foot office building, which had been vacant for an extended period of time. Scope included major capital improvements to the exterior envelope (new roof, structural elements, addition of 8 large storefront windows, all new mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems). The two tenants upfits that were a part of the work. Frameless Storefront glass and sliding glass doors, exposed ceiling grid, and shiplap siding highlight the 1st floor upfit, while the 2nd floor office followed a more traditional office upfit.
