Scope Of Work

Mold remediation due to water penetration at the baseboards in break room

- Relocated content to allow for demo and disinfection - Wrapped content and set containment - Marked entrances with hazard signage - Dawned proper PPE and began remediation efforts - Removed baseboard and wall paper that was allowing vast microbial growth - Removed affected drywall and insulation throughout break room - Hepa'd all affected surfaces - Cleaned and sanitized all affected material - Established negative air to allow for the removal of airborne mold

- Installed foam insulation and sealed wall cavities - Installed new drywall, taped mudded, sanded and primed - Painted all newly installed walls to match previous color scheme - Installed new baseboards - Performed post reconstruction clean up - Returned all content to previous locations - Performed air quality test - Completed project
