Scope Of Work
This built for McCarthy Cook Costa Mesa, CA, was for design a two-level vertical addition & seismic upgrade to an existing 2 level parking structure. A technically challenging , we added additional beams columns extensive use carbon fiber strengthening to bring the original structure to current code requirements. The additional two levels are supported by approximately 200 micro-piles that were installed under the existing structure. The addition added 122,000 square feet almost 300 more parking spaces.
