Scope Of Work
The Leva Apartment remodel in Seattle, WA, included a new storefront entry to clubhouse and a new kitchenette. The restroom was replaced and included tile walls and floors, with new fixtures and casework. We also installed new casework in the leasing office, with custom barn door entry and low volt entry system. The project also encompassed installation of new floor tile, vinyl plank flooring, wood slat ceiling, and custom light fixtures.
