Scope Of Work
At the 7th Ave Studios we came on board in the middle of a transition in the project from a GC to an owners representative team tasked with taking over for a CG unable to perform. As part of that transition we met several times to isolate what scope of work was desired since the plans were now only a rough idea of the scope. We settled on a product and installation method and provided 500LF of Innovative Aluminum picket railing system, along with 350LF of handrail.
The project went well enough that we were asked to provide some custom aluminum and polycarbonate wind screens. We also provided some onsite welding to help bridge a gap in another sub contractors scope of work.
