Scope Of Work
On the Freemont Green Apartments we provided a bid per the specs and were later asked to re-bid the project as a custom aluminum perforated panel. As with all custom railing projects it takes some smoothing out to help come up with the best value engineered option of standard components that also comply with the designer/owners intent. This project is working out to be a very nice balance of value and elegance with only a slightly increased lead time.
