Scope Of Work
Remodeling and new addition of the urgent care space, ambulance garage, main entry and waiting room. This project includes but is not complete and partial demolition, new construction of a new addition that includes a basement and 1st floor, new ambulance garage and entrance. The work will include but is not limited to new construction, mechanical, plumbing, sprinklers, electrical, electrical systems, specialized equipment, structural, foundation, roads, curbs, gutters and sidewalks. Some work will be conducted after normal working hours and limited down time for utilities identified in construction documents. Work will include phases and maintaining access to medical center employees within and near construction areas. This project is specialized in many aspects; however work is being performed within a occupied hospital setting creating additional safety and quality control requirements.
