Scope Of Work
$300 Thousand Catherization Lab. A complete renovation of an existing prep room into a new 700 SF special procedures room. This room will be used as both a catherization lab and a pacemaker installation room. It houses the latest technology from Siemens, for the procedures. O&G was able to complete this project without incident or disruption to the existing, operational catherization lab which is connected by a common control room.
$.6 Million CT Scan / Ultrasound. This project included demolition of an existing ultrasound suite and converting the space to house a second CT Scanner and a new ultrasound suite. This work was performed without interruption to the adjacent CT Scanner and Ultrasound areas, which remained fully operational.
Additional projects for St. Mary’s Hospital include the Doctor’s Lounge Fit-Out, Bariatric Unit and Basement renovations, and the $.5 Million Naugatuck Valley Surgical Center renovation in Naugatuck.
