They say behind every great man is a great woman. RDR embodies this very notion. Dina has been the common denominator through the company’s growth and development. She serves as the crutch in the ever so demanding world of construction. For nearly two decades she handled all of the company’s finances, public relations, human resources, etc. As the company has grown from a few dozen workers to several scores, she has relinquished some of the demanding responsibilities and now oversees the company as CFO.

Roddy joined the United States Naval Academy after graduating from Brandeis High School. At the Naval Academy he starred at Safety for the Naval Academy football team. He would transfer to the University of Texas at San Antonio where he graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Construction Science.  After completing his degree, Roddy returned to RDR Flooring to take over the reigns as Chief Operations Officer.  A true leader, Roddy has been the driving force behind RDR’s surge into the world of Polished Concrete as his aspirations are to secure RDR as a cornerstone for Concrete Finishes both locally and beyond.

Rudy Reyna began his venture into the world of flooring as a laborer. A true master of his craft, meticulous to the nth degree; his attention to detail and unwavering goal of perfection did not go unnoticed.  He was highly sought after on jobs as Field Superintendents knew his impeccable work would always result in a satisfied client.  Working his way up the totem pole, Rudy eventually created his own company in 2000, which would then become RDR Flooring.  Rudy is of the old fashioned mindset, that is, his word is his bond.  Rudy serves as President of RDR Flooring and through his hard work and perseverance he has instilled into his team that hard work does indeed pay off.

Jesse Vasquez is a graduate from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor’s of Science in Mathematics which led him into Education as High School Mathematics Teacher locally at South San Antonio & Harlandale High School, his alma mater.  He then attended the University of Texas at San Antonio to study Construction Science, where he graduated Cum Laude. While at UTSA he interned with general contractors VCC & Turner, where he joined the Estimating Department after graduation before delving into the Residential sector with Paul Allen Custom Homes.  He later joined F.A.K. Commercial Painting as their Estimator before being sought after to spearhead the Preconstruction Department at RDR Flooring. In his spare time, Jesse enjoys spending time with his fiancée Angela, his family and keeping up with his Longhorns, Cowboys & Spurs.

Joseph Reyna graduated from O’Connor High School. After high school, Joseph joined the National Guard.  Soon after Joseph worked for the Union Pacific Railroad Company for 8 years as Manager of Train Operations.  In late 2020, Joseph joined the family business as Procurement Supervisor. When not hard at work Joseph loves spending time with his lovely wife and 3 adorable children.

Luis Medina began his introduction in the world of polished concrete at Stone Care of Texas in 2007. There he served as a Foreman where he led small projects from small hangars and schools to large distribution centers and warehouses, like HEB, Wal-Mart and the Alamodome to name a few.  Luis joined RDR Flooring in 2013 leading the Polished Concrete division and has not looked back.  He serves as our General Superintendent and oversees all Project Foreman.  Luis is also RDR’s resident Pitmaster and helped secure 1st Place for brisket at the 2016 AGC Safety Fair.
