Scope Of Work
Elite managed the tree removal and planting services for all parks and streets in Battery Park City, New York, NY.
Project scope included the supervision of supplying all trees specified by BPCA, coordinating delivery, enforcing strict safety measures for tree removal and replacement to protect pedestrians and park users, removing and replacing 32 trees within a tight time frame (one month), lift and reinstall hoop rails where needed, restore and replace any inadvertently damaged plant materials, mulch, and obtain necessary permits.
