Scope Of Work
4,000 sf structure uses one story exterior wood bearing walls with flat wood roof trusses. The roof is an adhered rubber membrane over rigid insulation. The exterior finishes are brick tile veneer with synthetic stucco accent panels. The heating and cooling for the building is handled by roof mounted, gas fired HVAC units.
Designed as a two tenant building, the main utilities can easily be reconfigured from the current one tenant format back to two if needed in the future.
