Scope Of Work
Carrier Place located in Concord, NH is a 22,841 sf strip mall with 7 to 8 separate tenant spaces. Also on-site is a separate 4,944 sf building containing a restaurant and jewelry store. This project required demolition of two existing homes and extensive off-site road improvements such as a new access road and traffic lights. The project was complicated by the discovery of an unidentified underground structure that caused daily onsite redesign of our new underground utilities. The buildings were built with diverse framing and finishes. The structure includes both steel and wood framing. The exterior masonry finish is both block and brick with stucco above to form the many varied roof lines. Each of the tenant spaces required varied levels of finish from raw space to complete tenant fit-up. Even with the unexpected complication we were still able to meet the individual tenant move in dates.
