Scope Of Work
MCCI was selected by Armstrong Hearth & Home to renovate their newly acquired building on Front Street in Manchester, NH. MCCI worked closely with the owner to create a plan for redesigning the space that better suited their business needs. The new layout included a retail space which was custom built for the display of stoves, fireplaces, and accompanying accessories. The showroom area contains new windows, lighting, and finishes all specifically chosen to enhance the products on display. The project also included adding seven new offices, accessible restrooms and a conference room for the sales staff of the growing duct cleaning business, all within the one building.
