Scope Of Work
Details: A one-story, approximately 1,200 square foot elevator and lobby addition, with masonry bearing wall construction, steel bar joist and steel deck roof system. Building exterior is clad with natural stone and brick veneer. New HVAC systems include a rooftop air handling system and a small furnace in existing lobby. Exterior construction consists of a small concrete plaza and limited asphalt pavement
