Scope Of Work

The 15,000-square-foot Holy Family Memorial Lakefront Campus consolidated staff and operations from two existing clinics to improve operational efficiency. Envisioned as a community wellness hub, the new Campus includes multiple, dual-access  exam rooms and supporting technology. Patients will have self-rooming opportunities and benefit from efficiencies for a new integrated care team model.
