Scope Of Work
For over 175 years, Grace Episcopal Church has been a center of ministry on Capitol Square and throughout Madison. Their food pantry, founded in 1979, helps feed thousands of families each year. Significant growth in downtown Madison has created new opportunities for ministry and Grace’s mission. Subsequently, in July 2015 Grace decided to undergo an extensive renovation and improvement project.
To increase the comfort and sense of welcome in Grace’s church, multiple improvements were made to the Nave and Chancel, reception and waiting areas, the Cornelia Vilas Guild Hall, the undercroft, as well as the construction of a new central stairway.
