Scope Of Work
We are the happy owners ofa twenty-five year old home. Though tlw years, due to growing
family and the need to update or replace, wc have used the building expertise Builders
and Jay Cappa for all or our home improvement projects. These have included a two-story
addition, with a game room, bedroom suite and balcony, the transformation ofa formal living
room into a library, and the installation of hardwood floors throughout our home. Jay has also
replaced Our roof, siding, soffit, fascia and windows and has provided superb craftsmanship in
the construction of built-in cupboards in our dining room and an entertainment center in our
Our renovation and construction projects have always begun with our vague notions and rough
drawings. Jay has consistently stepped in and provided clarity to our muddle of ideas. Through
his guidance, insight and especially his patience, the end result has always exceeded our
expectations. wc have relied on Jay'S attention to detail, his insistence on perfection his
integrity. Jay has afforded us the freedom to leave the "Ork site with the knowledge and comfort
that it will be a job well done.
