Scope Of Work
Servpro of Northbrook/Wheeling/Glencoe was called out to respond to a massive sump pump failure at Elm Middle School on January 1st, 2020. In fact, there were two very large pumps that lost power overnight, and caused water to reach up to 4" throughout the facilities basement. Although it was a holiday, crews needed to respond quickly, as the following Monday, students would be back to school and using the areas that were flooded. Crews were able to remove all of the standing water on day one, and began the drying process by setting up a massive amount of drying equipment, and removed all damaged building materials.
