Scope Of Work
The scope items included:
- SS picket guardrails and handrails,
- Custom townloft gates,
- Custom portal cladding,
- Custom SS countertop at lounge,
- Custom chandelier in the main lobby,
- Wall paneling surrounding elevator lobby wall,
- Custom elevator door jambs and headers cladding,
- Custom SS wire mesh dog park fence,
- Custom black carbon steel pipe vanities and island tables,
- Aluminum planter edges at roof terraces,
- Aluminum planters,
- Custom aluminum privacy screens at terraces and balconies,
The biggest challenge on this project was to satisfy the needs of the design team, but after all the details were accounted for – we were able to keep up with the schedule.
We were able to come up with ideas that the designers loved for the industrial look they planned for the entire building. One of the items was the sprinkler pipe vanity stands – it doesn’t get any more industrial than that and the owners were sunned with the outcome.
