Scope Of Work
KCC was awarded the Walgreens in Teaneck, NJ project by WIN Development, LLC. The existing one (1) acre site was home to a gas station, a restaurant and retail stores – all of which have been demolished. KCC is responsible for all of the site work (underground utilities including water, sewer, drainage, gas, and electric) as well as the new construction of a Walgreens with a drive thru pharmacy. The new Walgreens will be roughly 15,000 sq. ft. In addition to the site work and construction of the new Walgreens, KCC will replace the surrounding sidewalks. Construction is expected to commence in mid-January, following the demolition which is currently under way.
