Scope Of Work
Quattro Construction Management, LLC. (Quattro) was retained to rehabilitate and renovate the one-hundred-year-old estate of The Permanent Mission of the Socialist People's Libyan Arab Jamahiriya to the United Nations.
This six million-dollar project required a complete demolition of the building interior. The building consisted of over 12,000 square feet on six acres of property in Englewood, New Jersey. Quattro rehabilitated the building's foundation, installed all new utilities and the highest quality interior finishes.
The project included the restoration and addition of exterior amenities, including a pool/Jacuzzi, a cabana, a natural on-site pond, a new clay tennis court and all new landscaping.
A demanding twenty-week project schedule was mandated by the owner. Quattro delivered the project on time and within budget. Quattro also managed to meet all of the high expectations of the A/E team and the owner. The site is now the permanent residence of the Ambassador to the United Nations from Libya.
