Scope Of Work
The Greenfield Storage Facility began construction in November of 2015 and is located on a 2.5 acre parcel in Mesa, Arizona. This property was developed specifically for Extra Space Storage and was pre-sold prior to the start of construction. The Monolith Group developed this site from start to finish in 5 months and delivered this site to Extra Space hundreds of thousands of dollars under budget and months ahead of schedule. This allowed them to open their doors ahead of schedule and begin leasing up the facility.
