Scope Of Work
The Belleview Extra Space Storage is a 68,000 square foot, two story climate controlled building with a basement that offers interior climate controlled storage as well as drive up access on the exterior. This site was rezoned to accommodate self storage as a use and was approved for construction in the first quarter of 2016. The facility is located in Littleton, Colorado and is surrounded by very dense, high demographic communities. The property was completed and opened its doors for business in December of 2016.
