Scope Of Work
North Water Brewing Co. sits in a 100 year old, 4,200 sq. ft. building on the edge of downtown Kent, OH. The building opened in 1920 as a car dealership and eventually became an auto collision shop. The new owners wanted to preserve the historic charm while undergoing renovations. Metis was able to maintain the mid-century industrial aesthetic while transforming the space into a fully functioning brewery and eatery.
