Scope Of Work
Renovations were completed in 2020 for Kentway Apartments. Apartments received new flooring throughout; bathtubs,plumbing fixtures and bathroom accessories; and new kitchen cabinets, counter tops, and sinks. The first floor apartment was retrofitted to follow ADA guidelines creating a comfortable space to make daily living easier, but it did not stop there. A new concrete sidewalk with a ramp and new handrails were also installed for easier entry.
